Excellent, and genuinely enthusiastic.
We hire people who are excellent at what they do and genuinely love this industry — engineers, designers, and operators who are as comfortable talking about API design as they are about turnout schedules. Experience around horses isn't required for every role, but a real curiosity about the world we're building for is.
